We post most items within 48 hours (weekdays). If there is a problem with this you will receive an email with details of delivery time. Ordering From The Bees Tees: Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Payment Options: We now accept most major credit and debit cards thorugh Sage Pay. You can also use this method to pay through Paypal. Delivery schedule: All items listed are in stock, unless stated otherwise. Most items are posted within 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 working days for processing during busy periods (eg before Xmas). If we cannot process the order within 2 days we will notify you via email. We have postal collections Monday - Friday, and not on Saturday. We always send a dispatch notification so that you're aware of when the parcel has been posted. If you haven't received any notifications please check your spam/junk email box. Privacy Policy: We conform to the Data Protection Act, 1998. The Bees Tees does not disclose buyers information to any third party. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We only contact the buyer, by email, regarding their order (eg. a dispatch notification) and we only send newsletters to customers who have requested a newsletter for notifications of our specials and discounts. Packaging: At The Bees Tees, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge. Postage and Packing Uk and Overseas: Please see "Postage Rates" Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days. We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return. Please note personalised goods cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made on our part, please email if this is the case. We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence. Items lost in the post: We always obtain a Certificate of Posting so that we are able to replace items lost in the post. If items have not arrived after 15 working days we will require a written statement from you as Royal Mail investigate most lost claims, the details of which will be emailed to you. We will then fill out any necessary claim forms at the post office which we will submit together with your statement. Wholesale: We do not carry enough stock to sell wholesale.
