We are based in the UK and post to all International destinations save the USA and Canada.

The Bees Tees sell direct from our website thebeestees.co.uk  and Amazon.co.uk  only and do NOT offer products for sale on any other marketplace.


Ordering From The Bees Tees:

Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide your details so that we can process the order.

Payment Options:

We now accept most major credit and debit cards through Sage Pay. You can also use this method to pay through Paypal.

Delivery schedule:

All items listed are in stock, unless stated otherwise. Most items are posted within 48 hours, but please allow up to 3 working days for processing during busy periods (eg. before Xmas). If we cannot process the order within 2 working days we will notify you via email. We have postal collections Monday - Friday, but not on Saturday or Sunday. We always send a dispatch notification so that you're aware of when the parcel has been posted. If you haven't received any notifications please check your spam/junk email box or that you have correctly entered your email address.

Privacy Policy:

We conform to the Data Protection Act, 1998. The Bees Tees does not disclose buyers information to any third party. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We only contact the buyer, by email, regarding their order (eg. a dispatch notification) and we only send newsletters to customers who have requested a newsletter for notifications of our specials and discounts.

Packaging:

At The Bees Tees, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition as it left us. We use only good quality materials for packaging and take great care to ensure that happens. We also buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, please contact us and we will arrange for you to return the goods and packaging, upon receipt we will repace the item within 1 working day.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us to arrage the return. We will make a refund, provided the goods received by us in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with the item and state the reason for the return.

Please note personalised goods cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made on our part, please email if this is the case.

We do not refund postage costs unless an item arrives damaged due to our negligence.

Items lost in the post:

We always obtain a Certificate of Posting so that in the event that the item does not arrive and is lost in the post we are able to replace item.

Merchandise

NONE of the football, rugby or other team themed merchandise is official or connected in any way whatsoever with a club.

Where official branded merchandise is sold this will clearly be indicated.

Dispute Resolution

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase or service provided please contact us and we will do our utmost to resolve matters amicably and effectively. If matters can not be resolved this way you can refer the matter to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
